Booking & Reservations

1. How do I make a reservation at Dragon Pearl Cave?

You can make a reservation in three easy ways:
– Online: Book directly through our website at dragonpearlcave.com/booking

– Email: Send your preferred date and number of guests to request.dpc@apccorporation.vn

2. How far in advance should I book?
>

We recommend booking at least 10 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for lunch reservations. For groups of 30 or more, please contact us at least 1 week prior.

3. Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
>

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the type of ticket or promotion.
– Normal ticket, Discounted ticket, and promotional ticket are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable once confirmed.
– In case of emergencies (such as health-related issues), a valid medical certificate is required to consider a rescheduling request.
– No-shows without notice will be considered forfeited and charged 100% with no refund.

4. Do you accept walk-ins or same-day bookings?

– Unfornately we are not accpept walk-ins bookings, all the reservation and payment must be completed before the experience date, in accordance with the timeline stated in your booking confirmation.
– Nevertheless, same-day booking is available. You should keep in mind that for the Daytime Schedule your booking need to be before 10am, and for the Evening Schedule is before 4pm

2. How do I get to Dragon Pearl Cave from Hanoi?

Here are the routes for you to get to the Dragon Pearl Cave
1. Travel from Hanoi to Halong
– Travel by car, limousine van, or bus from Hanoi to Halong International Cruise Port (Approximately 2,5 hours via expressway)
2. Transfer from Halong to Dragon Pearl Cave (2 options)
– Op1: From Halong International Cruise Port, you continue by road along the coastal route toward the Vân Đồn area.
– Op2: (Cruise Option) A cruise route passing through Bai Tu Long Bay before reaching the cave area.

3. Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available for guests visiting Dragon Pearl Cave.

4. Do you provide transportation from Ha Long City?
>

– We do provide transportation service, round-trip transfer form Halong City to Dragon Pearl Cave will be around 35 minutes.
– Shared car/bus service will pick you up and drop you off at Ambassador Cruise Lounge, Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay, Ha Long.

1. What should I wear to Dragon Pearl Cave?

Yes, Dragon Pearl Cave is suitable for children, as the path is safe, well-organized, and the cave’s magical atmosphere makes it an exciting and educational experience for young visitors.

3. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, allergies)?

Yes, we can.
There will be an input section on our website where you may write down any particular dietary needs you may have when making a reservation. In order for us to arrange an appropriate dinner for you in advance, please don’t forget to fill it out.

4. How long is the dining experience?

We have 2 separate timelines
– Daytime Schedule: Both Cultural Show & Dining Experience in total will be 2 hours and 30 minitues
– Evening Schedule: Both Cultural Show & Dining Experience in total will be 3 hours

5. What is the temperature inside the cave?

The year-round temperature within Dragon Pearl Cave is a comfortable 23 to 25°C.

Pricing & Payment

1. What is the price per person?
>

Daytime
– For lunch set menu, the price will be from 850,000VND/adult and 215,000VND/child (under 1m2)
Nighttime
– For dinner set menu, the price will be from 1,450,000VND/adult and 365,00VND/child (under 1m2)

2. What payment methods do you accept?
>

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or supported online payment gateways.

For bookings of fewer than 50 guests, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
For group bookings of 50 guests or more, a deposit is required upon confirmation. The deposit amount and final payment deadline will be communicated based on your booking terms.

3. Are drinks included in the menu price?
